Club Fusion is proud to be partnering with Top Performers Sports Performance to provide the Club Fusion athletes with a comprehensive strength training program that will take our athletes to the next level. This page was created to provide our players with the information they need to both research, experience and register for the Top Performers program.
Who is Participating?
Any player at Club Fusion is encouraged to participate in the program. The schedule is designed to make the program accessible to our athletes throughout the season. However, we do REQUIRE our travel players to participate in a strength training program during the season. If they are already involved with a personal trainer or other program they can complete the exemption form to opt out of the Top Performers program. Our Regional players are not required, but strongly encouraged to participate.
Travel Players: Required (can opt out if participating in another program)
Regional Players: Optional (but strongly encouraged) Note: 12s/13s will not be able to participate in the program.
What is the Cost?
The cost of the program is $275 for the season. That breaks down to less than $6 per session. The first two weeks of training, however, are FREE! That means you can try before you buy. Every player is required to do the training for the first two weeks (Regional or Travel).
For those ready to pay in full, Top Performers is offering a discount if paid on or before December 8th, 2011. The cost will be: $261.25.
For those looking to break up the payments, the first payment of $137.50 is due on or before December 8th, 2011. The second payment $137.50 final payment due on or before January 9, 2012.
All checks should be made payable to Top Performers and can be dropped off at the Club Fusion office. Top Performers does not accept credit card payments.
First Two Weeks FREE!
As mentioned above, Top Performers is offering the first two weeks of training free to every player at Club Fusion (training not offered to 12s/13s). In return for this great offer, we have agreed to ask all of our eligible players to participate in the program.
Top Performers believes that once you get a taste of the program, you will want to sign up for the season. Please note: Every player must complete the Top Performers waiver to participate in the first two weeks. This does not require you to register for the full season. Registration would only happen if and when you make your initial (or full) payment.

How do we Register?
You can register by downloading the Waiver/Registration form below and by submitting your initial (or full) payment to the Club Fusion office on or before Thursday, December 8th, 2011. Again, Top Performers does not accept credit card payments. All checks must be made out to Top Performers.
